Mitchell: Oh.

Mitchell: Yeah. To us.

4. 《三个火枪手》(The Three Musketeers,法语Les Trois Mousquetaires),是法国作家大仲马(Alexandre Dumas)于
1844年在报纸上连载的小说。故事背景设置在17世纪的法国,平民出身的达达尼昂(d'Artagnan)到巴黎投军,他和国
王卫队的三个火枪手成为了好朋友。他们四人冲破了重重罗网,挫败了红衣主教的阴谋,维护了王后的名誉。

Mitchell: What?

Sal: Seriously, you bastards. We've been talking about it forever. We're doing it. We're going to Cabo. Let's

Sal: Fun? Are you joking? Margaritas, you guys, these guys. It's gonna be epic.

Cameron: Yeah. It'll just take a second.

Sal: Well, I'm just-- You're gonna miss me sluttin' it up with Driving Miss Daisy.
slut it up: to dress or act in a sexually promiscuous manner 放荡;淫乱

Jay: I got nothing.

Gloria: I think I have a very good pair.

Jay: You sure do, honey.

Alex: And I got squat.

Haley: I don't think I have anything either.

Jay: Are you kidding me? That's a straight.

Haley: Really?

Jay: She wins.

Alex: You won.

Haley: I win.

Jay: You got it.

Haley: You know what? I think I deserve a soda.

Manny: Good job, Haley.

Alex: Did you see that?

Gloria: "I don't know how to play."

Alex: She didn't even know.

Manny: You know, she deserves it.

Jay: Hi, honey.

Haley: Oh!

Jay: Gee, you scared me.

Haley: How did you--

Jay: Light bulb went out. You don't change these right away, you never get around to it. There. Now I can
see everything that goes on around here.
get around to: to find the time to do something 抽出时间做

 

Jay: I've had a little practice at this. Haley wasn't throwing anything at me I hadn't seen before from her
mother
 and then some. But nobody gets off The Rock.

Claire: You all right?

Izzy: That's a bad joke. Not funny. My sister lost her feet to complications from diabetes.

Izzy: Oh, God. Why did-- You know, look at what I'm doing. I'm-I'm making it all about me.

Phil: No.

Izzy: What a downer.

Izzy: Hum it.

Phil: That's why it's in the noodle. So I guess--

Izzy: No. What album is that on?

Phil: Second. I wanna say, I wanna say second.

Izzy: What's on the cover?

Phil: There's a warlock, I think, or a seascape.
warlock [ˈwɔrˌlɑk]: a man who is believed to have magic powers, especially evil ones 术士;男巫

Izzy: Warlock. Oh. Millennium Sunrise.

Phil: Millennium Sunrise.

Izzy: Right. There is no Millennium Sunrise record. What-- what? You're not a Fandau. You didn't even know
who I was at the door. I saw it in your eyes.
 Am I being punk'd?

8. 《明星大整蛊》(Punk'd)是美国的一档真人秀节目,2003年开播,目前已播出了10季。节目中,整人的过程用隐藏摄
像机拍下来,受到整蛊的名人是来自影视界、音乐界以及体育界等诸多大牌。

Phil: Please don't say anything to Claire. She made a mistake.

Izzy: Am I being punk'd?

Phil: This means so much to her, and I don't wanna hurt her feelings.

Izzy: Her feelings? Well, what about my feelings? This is my career, man. You know, my music was the
soundtrack to people's lives. Now I'm nothing. How do you think that feels? This is really humiliating.

Phil: No, no, no. Don't go. Don't go.

Claire: Hey. What are you guys doing?

Phil: He let me touch it!

 

Mitchell: Yeah, I think she said "kill," Cam. I do.

Cameron: Maybe it was just a joke. She's always had a dark sense of humor.

Mitchell: That's true. Remember her Halloween costume?

Cameron: Yeah. Yeah. This was just a joke.

Mitchell: Yes. Yeah. All right, all right. Here she comes. Look, I'm gonna bring up Lily. We'll see what she
says.

Cameron: Show her some pictures.

Sal: Pay up, bitches. [screeches]
pay up: to pay all the money that you owe to somebody, especially when you do not want to or when the payment is
late (不情愿地)偿付

Mitchell: Whoa. More drinks.

Sal: Free drinks.

Mitchell: Wow. Sal, you've got to look at these pictures.

Sal: Oh, what are they? What are they?

Mitchell: It's Lily at the zoo.

Sal: Oh, cute.

Mitchell: Look at that one.

Cameron: Cute! Cute. Cutie, cutie, cute, et cetera. So you guys are gonna have to bring Lily to Cabo, now
that you're the guys that always bring Lily?
et cetera [ɛtˈsɛtərə]: used after a list to show that there are other things that you could have mentioned 等等,诸如此
(缩写形式etc.)

Mitchell: Well, you know--

Cameron: Yeah, probably.

Mitchell: Probably.

Sal: I will throw her in the ocean.

Mitchell: What?

Sal: I said I gotta go pee.

Cameron: Okay, that wasn't even close.

Mitchell: Nope.
